Thermodynamic calculators allow to calculate the thermodynamic parameters such as enthalpy (∆Ho), entropy(∆So), free energy (∆Go37) and melting temperature (Tm) of two types of the duplexes. 2’-OMeRNA/RNA calculator is for duplexes formed by 2’-O-methylRNA and RNA. LNA-2’-OMeRNA/RNA calculator is for duplexes formed by 2’-O-methylRNA containing LNA nucleotides at selected position and RNA. More information about thermodynamic parameters used for calculation of those duplexes can be found in the following publications:
